All You Need to know about Neptune Flowers

Yesterday, I was talking about The Snowflake. Today I thought we all should get to know Neptune Flowers a little better. I met Neptune through the Seasons of Love anthology that was published earlier this year. Reading his contribution, Machete Betty and the Office Sharks, made me realise he truly was a god of the sea.

Really? Well, then. Now we know everything we need to know about Neptune, don’t you think? Just kidding, the most important thing is that he wrote The Reluctant Ghost Whisperer.

The Reluctant Ghost Whisperer is about Adam Barrow, a shy, down to earth guy who owns a building company. He needs an extra pair of hands, and there is Johnny Sparrow. Johnny has Adam talking and flirting, but the more the two see of each other, the weirder things get around them.

Adam falls asleep in Johnny’s arms and wakes up with ghosts sitting on the bedside…and Johnny is talking to them or desperately clutching an egg whisk, either or.

I was laughing several times while reading this story, Adam is hilarious.

The Reluctant Ghost Whisperer will be released on October 10th, but if you want to grab a copy on pre-order, you’ll find it here:

GhostWhispererAll you need is love, or so they say!

Owning a building company means long hours, lonely days and too much physical labour.

When Adam Barrow employs a fit capable guy, life begins to look up. His business thrives from the extra muscle, and so does Adam. Being around chatty Johnny really helps the time fly past. Adam is shy and inexperienced in ways of the heart but very soon his awkwardness eases and he finds himself flirting and having fun.

Johnny Sparrow has a mysterious past and seems to have a knack of stirring up inexplicable presences. From the day he arrives on a motorbike, weird things begin to happen, like strange noises and creepy mists. Even motorbike Angus has a personality!

All you need is love, but can Adam find the strength to confront the ghostly goings-on? Can Johnny find a use for the egg whisk, and can Angus really carry them both to safety?

A story of paranormal divas, supernatural aromas and head-over-heels romance.

Barrow and Sparrow book one.

Nothing inspires art like love

October is here! And with October comes the one holiday we don’t celebrate in Sweden that I really wished we did – Halloween.  Luckily I have my buddy, Amy Spector, to bring some Halloween celebrations into my life, and we’re celebrating by releasing Buried Desires #3. This year we’ve invited Neptune Flowers to write with us, so instead of a double feature, we have a three-story anthology. Cool, ey?

SnowflakeI will talk more about The Reluctant Ghost Whisperer by Neptune Flowers and Pretty Plastic (Cold Fingers #3) by Amy Spector later, but now, it’s time to show off Theophile Lekas, ice sculptor extraordinaire.

Theo is amazing. He is fascinated by ice, he can create the most amazing sculptures, and he is willing to do just about anything to make life better for the love of his life, Dylan Mincer.

And if making Dylan’s life better means murdering a couple of people, well then Theo will murder a couple of people. You have to understand, Theo has loved Dylan since they were in school, he has – stalked is such a nasty word – kept track of him during the seventeen years that have passed since they left school, and now it’s time. It’s time to bring Dylan home.

Dylan needs him.

Dylan does need Theo. His life is not going well. He hates his job, his co-workers bully him, but he’s too insecure to leave. So when Theo steps into his life and shows him what love can be like he grasps on to it.

The Snowflake is a story about ice, it’s a story about art, and about hope. It’s also a story about a sociopath in love. I would definitely label it as romance, but it’s also horror. Don’t forget that it’s horror LOL. It’s October, there should be some horror, right?

Buried Desires #3, The Reluctant Ghost Whisperer, The Snowflake, and Pretty Plastic (Cold Fingers #3) will be released on October 10th, but you’ll find them up for pre-order here:

The First Nortown Box Set

Longing for Nortown

Welcome to Nortown, where the men are bearded, the shirts are plaid, and where wood is found in more places than the forest.

Not too long ago the fifth book in the Nortown series saw the light of day. Five stories, no too hard to keep track of, right? Perhaps not, but then there are the .5s. Should be logic, right? Should be book #1, then 1.5, then 2, then 2.5 and so on. And yes, it’s like that…except there isn’t a 1.5, and there isn’t a 5.5 either (Yet. I should say, yet. *whispers* ‘The End’ of a first draft is written).

I’ve always tried to make the novellas standalone stories, but of course, there are details that someone who’s read the story from the beginning will catch that someone who’s started on book 3 might miss. So to make it easier for new readers who want to visit Nortown, and for old readers who maybe got lost in the .5s and got the order mixed up, we’ve created a box set.

It’s Box Set #1 and this is because we’re planning a second box set later on. And while the individual stories are published wide – you can find them on almost any online retailer – the box set is in KU – it’s only available on Amazon and for those subscribed to Kindle Unlimited, it’s free to read.

So if you’re looking for a favourite lumberjack to snuggle up with, check out the box set and perhaps you’ll find him!

Welcome to Nortown, where the men are bearded, the shirts are plaid, and where wood is found in more places than the forest.

In this box set, you’ll get to know some of Nortown’s inhabitants and follow them on their journey to love.

Once in a Forest: Tom & Jason
Jason has one rule when it comes to holidays—find a willing body to distract himself with—and this Easter that body will be Tom. Tom doesn’t do relationships, and he doesn’t do flings, but his house grows terribly quiet this Easter, and say what you want about Jason, but he isn’t quiet.

The Empty Egg: Aiden & Tristan
Aiden plans on surprising Tristan with an Easter egg filled with sweet toffees and silky fun, but he grows more and more nervous as the egg gets emptier and emptier.

Once in May: Zachary & John
John is hiding from his ghosts. He has found the perfect little place, far away from people, to do so. Then one day, a huge, bearded man knocks on his door. Zach knows he should leave the skittish man alone, but for some reason, he can’t.

Happy Endings: Aiden & Tristan
Aiden is working hard to get his massage studio off the ground. Tristan thinks he’s working too hard, so when Aiden’s back is giving up on him, he tries to hide it. Tristan, on the other hand, decides it’s time for Aiden to be on the receiving end of a massage.
